We then caramelized the nibs with sugar and a touch of cacao butter, folded them into a single origin 70% dark chocolate (Subko VLGE, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh), and finished each bar with a sprinkle of those caramelized nibs for good measure. 0% ABV. 100% Fine Cacao.
